Designed to provide a fresh, fast-casual dining option, each Salad Creations features more than 40 ingredients to choose from including farm-fresh vegetables, fruits, cheeses, sliced meats and over 15 salad dressings. Specially-trained Salad Chefs prepare each customer’s order and, if asked, can help match particular tastes to customize each individual’s salad experience. Finally, all salads can be either tossed or chopped. In addition to the “Create Your Own Salad” option, Salad Creations also offers more than 10 featured salads and a variety of daily soup specials, fresh wraps and a complete line of smoothies.

To ensure complete satisfaction, Salad Creations empowers customers to build salads exactly the way they want for a fixed price. Unlike other salad chains, Salad Creations does not charge its guests per item or by weight. If guests wish to make their salads heartier, they can add a variety of proteins like chicken breast, ham and tuna salad or super premium proteins like wild Alaskan salmon and jumbo shrimp for an additional cost.
